In their About tab, you can find these statements: we are just a website for review about fia card services.We have no connection, no relationship with www.ibsnetaccess.com.

I have personally spent some time searching for contact informations about FIA card services but have considerably failed in doing so. I do not know if I’m just not good with finding information or there’s just no information to be searched for anyway?

Anyhow, let me give you a list of FIA credit card complaints that I had no problem searching for in the internet. In fact, there are so many of it that I got overwhelmed. So here goes:
